INETA at TechEd

Last week we've been at TechEd Berlin most of the time spending at INETA booth. We have a great time socializing with colleagues from all over the Europe and world sharing user group expiriences. I talk with Nuno Filipe Godinho about the Portugal user groups, Jonathan Cassar about starting a new user group in Malta, Martin Kulov about the succesfull Dev Reach conference in Bulgaria, Daron Yondem about community work in Turkey and many more. Daniel Sorlov lead the BoF session about the Communities in the world and Tiberiu Covaci organizes interesting panel discussion on "what is your motivation to run a user group and lead a community" theme.

And the INETA Board was active - our president Damir Tomičić held a session about the Silverlight and developing a multitouch application and Tomislav Bronzin held a session on programming for Windows 7. Miguel Lopez Gonzales and Sander Gertz work at TLC as Aks the Experts. Jose Luis Lattore was organizing "Guitar Hero Contenst" in coordination with MVP-Program and Culminis. Andre Obelink and myself spend most of our time at the booth with help of Tim Young and Hassan Fadili. 
 


We managed the BoF sessions (submited and voted by community) and those sessions were well attended aldo in not so good spaces (noisy rooms open to TLC space). I congrat to all BoF speakers on the work they done there.

INETA also organizes INETA Volunteer dinner where we all have to chance to share our community work expirineces to others. I'm happy to say that there is a lot of guys willing to work hard for community and the sharing and feeling that spirit is what motivates us to work even more.
